Products Not Working as Expected

If your product is not working as expected and you would like to request a return or refund, please contact us at support@splooshshop.com and provide the following:

• Your Order ID

• A short video clearly showing the issue with the product

Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return address and return instructions via email.

Once your return request has been approved, please securely package the product and send it back to the return address provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable
